Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all regions of Ghana

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 5 business days after confirmation.

  • Major cities: typically 1–3 business days

  • Other locations: up to 5 business days depending on distance and courier availability

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or unforeseen delays.

Order Processing

After placing your order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation by email or phone.

  2. Your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.

  3. Once shipped, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange delivery.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.

Delivery Information

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • Your full delivery address

  • Nearby landmarks if possible

  • A valid phone number so our courier can reach you

Deliveries are generally made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before the order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most orders within Ghana.

When your order arrives:

  1. Confirm that the package is addressed to you.

  2. Inspect the outer packaging.

  3. Make payment using mobile money to the number provided by our delivery agent.

  4. Once payment is confirmed, the package will be handed over.

A small refundable commitment fee (10%) may be required for:

  • Deliveries outside Accra
  • Bulk purchases

This helps us prioritize serious orders and ensure smooth delivery.

100% refundable if you are not satisfied upon delivery — no risk to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Take clear photos of the package

  • Inform the courier immediately

  • Contact us as soon as possible

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Missed Deliveries

If the courier cannot complete delivery due to:

  • incorrect address

  • unavailable recipient

  • unreachable phone number

they may attempt delivery again. Orders that cannot be delivered may be returned to our warehouse.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally deliveries may take longer due to:

  • weather conditions

  • public holidays

  • courier delays

  • remote delivery locations

We will always try to keep you informed if there are significant delays.
