1. Order Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect items upon delivery. Any issues should be reported immediately or within 24 hours after delivery.
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Request is made within 24 hours of delivery

Item is unused and in original condition
3. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind after delivery

Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method

Delivery fees are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available within Accra

Customers may be required to pay a commitment fee (10%) for bulk orders or deliveries outside central areas

This fee helps confirm serious orders and is deductible from the total amount

Commitment fees are refundable only if the product delivered is defective or not as described
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
