At Bumble Shop, we deliver premium electronics safely and efficiently across Ghana.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Ghana to all regions and major cities.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery: 1-5 working days from order confirmation
- Urban areas: 1-3 days
- Remote areas: up to 5 working days
- Excludes weekends and public holidays
Shipping Fees
Free Delivery: Available on select products as indicated on the product page
Paid Delivery: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location, product size, and weight
Order Processing
- Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation email
- Preparation: Orders dispatched within 1-2 business days
- Tracking: Tracking details sent via email or SMS once shipped
Delivery Requirements
Please provide:
- Complete delivery address with street name, house number, and landmarks
- Valid phone number for delivery coordination
- Availability during business hours (8 AM - 6 PM)
Address Changes: Can only be made before shipment. Contact us immediately at bumbleshopgh@gmail.com
Delivery Process
Our courier will contact you before delivery to confirm availability and coordinate timing.
Upon Delivery:
- Verify the package is addressed to you
- Inspect exterior packaging for damage
- Sign for delivery or provide confirmation
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders:
- Inspect exterior packaging before payment
- Payment via mobile money to our designated number
- Call us for payment verification after transfer
- Courier waits for payment confirmation
Damaged Packages
If package appears damaged:
- Do not accept delivery
- Take photos of damage
- Report to courier immediately
- Contact us at bumbleshopgh@gmail.com with photos and order number
We will arrange replacement or refund.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or unreachable phone number, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts.
Unclaimed Orders: After 3 failed attempts, orders return to our warehouse. Re-delivery fees may apply. Orders unclaimed for 7+ days may be cancelled with restocking fees.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, or remote locations. We'll notify you of significant delays. Bumble Shop is not liable for delays beyond our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Ghana only.
