At Bumble Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of the product's delivery date.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: Request must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and still in their original packaging
  3. Shipping: The customer shall bear the return shipping fee. The original shipping fee is non-refundable (shipping costs depend on your location and package weight)

Important Return Guidelines

⚠️ We do not accept items that are returned directly without our shipping address attached.

Shipping Method: Please send items back to us through the local post office instead of courier companies such as DHL, UPS, TNT, and FedEx. If you choose fast delivery options, there may be import taxes and fees, and delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit your request: Contact us to initiate your return or exchange
  2. Send documentation: Email us with a picture showing the issue or defect

  4. Ship the item: Once approved, send the item back using the provided shipping address via local post office

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellation of orders before product shipment or production.

  • Before shipment: If the order is cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund
  • After shipment: If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days after we receive the item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Exchanges
